Since the weather forecast was not as good as we had hoped, we change our plans for today and instead of driving all the way to White Pocket, we take our friend Dennis to the Toadstool Hoodoos first and then we head out to the Wahweap Hoodoos.
The Toadstool Hoodoos are only a 1-mile hike from 89 and are a great place to visit early morning. We had great light: the sun from one side and thick clouds on the other side. Every time we go there we find new details in the washed out rock walls.
