We cannot leave Las Cruces without paying the White Sand Dunes another visit and give Marco another chance to get to know his new camera!

After we finish a drywall and painting job at the hotel we get the kids to get their sand sleds and load them into our car. They have patiently been waiting all morning.

We spend the afternoon walking around the dunes, building sand castles, fighting sand battles and sledding down the dunes.

Marco withdraws for a while and comes back with beautiful pictures from the dunes in the late afternoon sunlight.

It has been another great experience for us and the kids – a beautiful Saturday ends with two tired passengers on the back seat.
