As we wrap up another year, we are filled with gratitude for all the incredible moments and wildlife experiences we’ve had.
From the vibrant landscapes of Page, Arizona, and the awe-inspiring Wave in October, to the fascinating wildlife observations – it’s been an amazing year: In February, we were lucky to encounter two mating river otters – such a unique and memorable moment.
We also had the pleasure of photographing some colorful white-faced ibis foraging through flooded fields, and in May, juvenile least bitterns made their comeback in front of our lens.
In July we observed four juvenile Cooper’s hawks in an urban park hunting and playing, and last but not least, the first-ever sighting of a Caracara nest near Tucson.
It’s been a year full of discovery, photography, and endless moments of wonder.
Wishing you all peace, joy, and beautiful memories this holiday season!
